About Me

I have always been passionate about teaching not only first aid, but aquatics. I previously worked at Stonyhurst College as Sports facilities Manager and later Director of Aquatics. I feel that I have the right skill sets for your business or school. I am also a RLSS trainer assessor and first aid instructor. Many of my returning clients are schools, colleges and Sports Centres. I have been teaching first aid for over 25 years and I always make learning fun and enjoyable. With a wealth of knowledge spanning 31 years, I have everything you need to make any course rewarding.

. Mini Medics First Aid is a basic first aid course designed for children between the ages of 7 and 11, but it can suit children of any age. A range of topics are covered including contacting the emergency services, CPR, how to use an AED, the recovery position, choking and many more.

Lifeguard Courses

The NPLQ covers all elements of Pool Rescue Techniques, Lifeguarding Theory, First Aid and CPR. The course is physically demanding and will include time swims, lifting casualties and diving to the deepest part of the swimming pool. Training and assessment for the NPLQ is in three sections and all must be successfully passed to attain the qualification, including a multi choice question paper.
